grocery services

do they still egsist? has any one every tried it?

My car was in and out of the shop for three months straight and i found myself with out food and carring my fucking laundry three blocks to get a load of undies and bras done and it fucking sucked. Well then i got to thinking, i work over nights, and i have to either stay up rly late for me to go grocery shiopping, or get up hella early and i hate people. so yeah, has any one here tried it? is it pricey?

*edit: this is prolly a terrible idea for me to try, as i already am a bit of a shut in and hate people. going to the grocery store is one of the few times i have to interact with people.

me and the old lady used this service for about a year and a half. it's fucking ace to get a good load of foods, a few fresh things, and it's hella convenient. i have no car so rather than walk 10 or 15 minutes with loads of food i'll get it delivered, which ends up costing less than the cab i would eventually have to take home.

getting out more is probably a good idea

hmm i am going to have to look for this shit in my area.

also walking three blocks may not seem like much but it's Florida and it's like living under an old man's scrote, but with bright as fukc sunlight, toursists and guys that whistle and holler at me while i carry 45lbs of laundry (i don;t have a hand free to flip them off, which RLY pisses me off)

my bike was fucking stolen and it was this sweet beach cruiser with a huge basket. big enough for a beach chair. it was purple. i miss it :'(

I live in a very small house that has a hook up for washer and dryer, how ever, the house is in quick sell, and before that my landlord was soooper cool and was all like "oh hey, you can BUY a washer and dryer." like i have the money for that shit...

well theey can be cheap as fuck second hand if you keep your eyes peeled. craigslist?

plus you can dry without a dryer, specially somewhere as hot as florida

if your place is up for sale, just go looking for somewhere with a laundry thats closer to a grocery store

can not dry with out a dryer with humidty of 85%-95%.

SOME HOW SHIT GOT CONFUSE-ALDED. LEMME ROPE THIS SHIT BACK

A) my car is working fine now thank you for the concern

B) i can go to the laundry mat USING MY CAR to take me there 24 hours a day. they never close.

C) grocery stores here are only open during the day. closest 24 HOUR place is 45 min drive.

D) i ONLY carried laundry to the laundry mat while my car was in and out of the shop. some times it was in the shop for fucking two weeks. electrical problem thatv was hard to track down.

Try doing your laundry by hand! It's not so bad and probably takes less time than a washing machine and you won't damage your lacy delicates.

The only part that sucks is hang drying.

i actaully did that with my underware and bras for a few months. i used Doc Johnson's yummy peppermint soup and it was great cuz like i would go to peepee and peppermint would just woft from my crotchal region as i sat down on the toilet. problem is, drying it.. :(
