I saw this film last night and I thought that it was great. I can't believe I hadn't seen it before! I'm sure it's normal to feel this way, but this morning I want nothing more than a leather jacket, a pair of vintage 501s, and a huge fucking Triumph or something. I've never had a go on a motorbike (or a car) but fuck me, what an exciting film!

 

Look at Lee Marvin. I want that stripey top to add to my collection; according to Wikipedia a Hells Angels chapter leader bought it and would wear it when confronting the law!

For me, the final smile he gives to Kathy was as great a performance as anything else I've seen Brando in!

There's probably been a thread on this already, but bikers are so awesome. My uncle was part of a motorcycle club and still bikes everywhere apparently, but he's kind of estranged from the family and I've only met him a handful of times. Bikes are fantastic!

After this I listened to geogaddi and I didn't like it, I was quite vomitting at some tracks, I realized they were too crazy for my ears, they took too much acid to play music I stupidly thought (cliché of psyché music) But I knew this album was a kind of big forest where I just wasn't able to go inside.

I was in US tjis summer, and eat in KFC. FUCK That's the worst thing i've ever eaten. The flesh simply doesn't cleave to the bones. Battery ferming. And then, foie gras is banned from NY state, because it's considered as ill-treat. IT'S NOT. KFC is tourist ill-treat. YOU POISONERS! Two hours after being to KFC, i stopped in a amsih little town barf all that KFC shit out. Nice work!

 

So i hope this woman is not like kfc chicken, otherwise she'll be pulled to pieces.

just teasing. I'd actually like to see this. It's safe to say I'd be pretty tempted by an in-his-prime brando...though he looks a bit sausage-y here.

Yeah, he's not a small guy and we all know what happened to him... but I think the role sort of calls for that kind of build anyway.
