Purse Candy - One Day I'll Look Back

So way back in January I launched a label with two friends when we put out our 'Friendly Strangers' compilation featuring Milieu, Lackluster, and some other WATMMers etc.

We always planned on putting out only 2-3 releases per year- quality over quantity. I haven't even made anything near good enough for my label yet, haha. Well, we have been working with Oregen US based artist Matt Ellis, aka Purse Candy for a few months for his upcoming release on Unnamed Label. I'll be honest- it's fucking good. It's going to have 6 original tracks (5 with vocals) and a handful of remixes from:

Outputmessage (Ghostly Intl, MOL)

City Rain (Boltfish, Electronic Eel)

Tronik (aka Saturday Index)

Phasen (U-Cover, Nice & Nasty, DNR)

Anyways, manufacturing begins this week. It'll be all completed and distributed in no less than 10 weeks from now (no need to rush). CDs will be available in jewel cases with full art and a booklet insert from the unnamed label rec shop and several other outlets (working out a distri deal with Darla), and an mp3 version will be available from the label's site at a PRICE OF YOUR CHOICE. Yup, if you wanna be cheap you can pay a dollar. Enjoy it! All proceeds go to the artist.
