Batch wave splitter

I used to have this utility called wave axe, or wavaxe, but I can't find it anywhere. I want to batch cut up loads of samples into little pieces according only to silence (I dont need beat detection).

I have this sample disc with 99 tracks with 3 takes per track, and I need to extract those takes into seperate files (so something of 300 tracks). There's a second silence between them all. Tried searching but it looks like you fall into some kind of google shareware search trap.

i don't know about a batch processor but i think you can do this in Reaper by going to item processing/dynamic split items, use gate and set the threshold so it only detects pure silence, maybe.
