I enjoy the fragility of the rolling lol tbh. The broken lol is like our own mortality staring us in the face, reminding us to enjoy that sunset.

yar yar. i particularly liked the claymation one...

The end of the guitar solo in "'Dem Bones" is probably my fave AIC moment.

fuck this shit, Alice in Chains died with Layne Staley.

through the years, a man peoples a space with images of provinces, kingdoms, mountains, bays, ships, islands, fishes, rooms, tools, stars, horses and people. shortly before his death, he discovers that the patient labyrinth of lines traces the image of his own face.

Dirt was a great album.

This new song actually sounds better to me than 90% of what was on their last album, the self-titled or "tripod" one. That album was a real stinker. This isn't exactly getting me pumped for their future unfortunately. It's weird hearing this in the... 00's?

Is everyone going to refer to the next decade as the 10's, the same way the 90's were the 90's and the 80's were the 80's etc.? And what about this one?

I was actually pleasantly surprised by the new song. It'l be interesting to hear the rest of the album.

I can't believe this is coming out in 2009 either ha, maybe it'l break the mold of shaggy black-haired, eye-lined pussyrock that's been passing as music lately.
