raw chicken? apparently that's available in Japan, someone posted a thread about it, saying it's like [raw] tuna i think

would pilau rice hold? i guess if the rice isn't washed, it would/could use a short grain sushi rice?

edit: i've got the ingredients to try it now actually, but no saffron etc to make it pilau

Wait, is the cookie dough baked or not?  Because I would probably love a cookie pretzel with the same soft-dough qualities as a normal pretzel, but the doughs are different, right?
