i've listened twice, and inside sunshine is my favorite. there isn't much to say about it other than it's quite beautiful, also i've added this ep to my snowboarding playlist for the 09/10 season

quite, quite good. thought i would write a bit about my thoughts listening to it.

i would say it is of equal quality to many of the known groups. definitely not original, but i have yet to hear any original braindance since mid 2000s.

your melodies are fantastic. your beats also work very well. there are moments where it crosses from being unoriginal into being almost derivative (of boards of canada).

for instance on "inside sunshine." that track sounds very much like a track by BoC, don't remember the name of the track. this doesn't matter to me, considering that "inside sunshine" is so fucking good. but i thought you might want to know.

sometimes your beats can be almost overpowering. sort of like the "girl/boy song effect," as I will now call it. in "girl boy song," aphex twin practically ruins the melody by making the beat too chaotic and poorly mixed. this happens on the first track of the ep, "breadbox." to lesser effect it happens on "rucksack." the static sound is a bit off-putting. perhaps toned down just a bit would help make the song more fluid-like. this criticism might be ignored though, if you prefer it the way it is.

as of right now this is one of the best things i've heard this year, in relation to the musics of electronique. you have room to improve, but you're definitely very talented. keep it up man.

that my music sounds like boards of canada is absolutely something i've heard before (and if you think THIS is derivative, you haven't heard any of my other albums). i acknowledge it, but have been trying to be better about it.

i guess monotonik is going to do something with it eventually (read: in 4-5 months). so that's neat.

breadbox is indeed fantastic. a very good synth sound is used in a fantastic melody and accompanied by nice elaborated beats. great!

i don't. the second comment was with respect to the people who said, 'downloading this,' or whatever, but never said anything else. if you took the time to download it, it would be nice to hear, 'oh, this is awesome,' or 'oh, this sucked.' that's it.

Have you posted tracks 1,2 and 4 before because I'm almost certain that I've heard them before. I've always liked your music, so there isn't anything negative that I can say about this batch of tracks. good stuff A+ material

yeah, actually. track 1 is about 5 years old, i posted track 2 as a work in progress, and i posted a rough version of track 4.
