being jazz has nothing to do with a concept being 'ubiquitous on the internet' ... it is very specifically defined to mean an idea or concept or whatever .. that has already had a run in general banter ... so in the case that one decides whether knowingly or not to bring back this now historic idea .. they have committed an act which leaves them open to justifiably having their concept labeled as jazzband or jazz ..
