Recommend me a good free audio converter

I'm looking for something that will convert flac to mp3 and wav to mp3, I've used dbmusicconverter but you have to pay for a lot of features.

It's got to be free.

I got's to upload some mixes.

i use the "convert to.." dialog in foobar, but i think you need to download the lame encoder / whatever else and point foobar to it

lamedrop is as simple as dropping the ogg/wav/ whatever onto the icon and it rendering on your desktop in mp3 at any bitrate you want.

fast, simple and effective.
