what would you put in something the size of an original walkman

a HDMI out

an ARM processor running android or chrome or some sheeat

a polymer LiIon battery the same size as the block that clips on the side

You forgot a screen? They've just had a nice breakthrough on OLED energy efficiency and light intensity over at KAIST.

Personally I'd run a BSD or maybe Ubuntu. ALthough it probably wouldn't take much work to port DSL over to it.

But why the fuck you'd want to carry around something that big is mind boggling.
