It's a guitar triggered by midi notes & I was wondering how authentic it sounds.

On a scale of one to ten, one being McDonalds and ten being Linda McCartney, this sounds like a sack of potatoes.

I'd like to try and get it to sound more natural..

I could manually add those noises, put some reverb on there, less of a dry signal..

I tried to imperfect the midi notes for the timing.. so each note is a different velocity and none of them are direct on time.

the answer to your question is no, it does not sound 'organic' it sounds fake

Pick scrapes, reverb, perhaps tiny hints of fret buzz and a picking sound would all add to the illusion. Hell, maybe one or two gentle knocks on the body could help. Maybe if you add a tiny bit of room tone, it would sound like it came from a microphone recording. Also, that phasing sound isn't helping.

The intervals are good, though. Some people make the mistake of playing chords with intervals less than a minor 3rd, which would be really uncomfortable to play.

are you saying it is an actual guitar triggered by midi? Thats pretty badass, you could do a LOT of cool shit with that.

I don't have that sort of money and I have no intention of learning to play the guitar.

synth orchestras can sound sweet though, even when they sound synthetic... synthetic guitars almost never. I can't think of any, except the way NIN used to do it in the 90s.. but never ever acoustic lines like this. if an example exists by all means show me and i'll have to concede, but i don't think it's going to happen. synthetic stuff trying to sound exactly real = lame. synthetic stuff that does not deny its own reality and still sounds good or even better or interesting because and not despite of its synthetic nature... = cool bean.

With enough fine tuning you could probably fool most people, after all it really is a real guitar being played, but the timing is just different

synths through guitar amps/guitar fx does just as well as guitar for me -- but that's only for fuzzed/distorted, not clean guitar
