Breakbeats in FL studio

could any FL studio users post some screenshots or some FL studio files showing the way great breakbeats are made up? Thanks!

until that time, try this for the most basic thing i can think of:

1	   2	   3	   4
bass:  * - - - - - * - - - - - - - - -
snare: - - - - * - - - - - * - - - - -
hihat: * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * -

not quite FL.. but instead a tr-606

Bass drum on the 1st and 9th beat

snare on beats 5 and 13

and

hi hat closed on all 16 beats

adding a low tom on beats 3 4 7 8 11 12 and 15 16

sounds somthing like -

damn your snare sounds a lot better than the snare on my 606.

I think I needs new pots.

my snare was only turned halfway up ..its the accent that makes a diffrence
