The Yip Yips

I used to have nightmares about these guys when I was little (like 4 years old or something). I was just absolutely terrified of them. Does anyone else remember being afraid of relatively innocuous stuff on TV?

I also remember being freaked out of my mind by the Neverending story.

I always loved when the yip yips came to "town"... never often enough as it were...

A lot of BOC-style interludes late night on TV in Canada (CBC/CTV/SRC) would really frighten me, like TV bumps or channel calls, when I was like around 4-5 years old, so mid 80's.

I mean I can't do much if stupid people don't allow embedded youtubes of their old VHS or beta-taped stuff they uploaded. WTF does it change for them? It's hosted on youtube, not their PC! But hey they are stupid.

this freaked me out when i was a wee lad for some reason...maybe it's the music. is a warning about thin ice that was shown during a childrens show.
