WHY IS IT SO FUCKING HOT

IT WAS 109 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT HERE.

I am in fucking SEATTLE.

MUCH CLOSER TO THE EQUATOR, my former place of living in California, Valencia, was only 85 degrees tops.

WHY IS IT HOTTER FURTHER FROM THE EQUATOR THAN PLACES CLOSER TO THE EQUATOR?

Two fans running at maximum speed pointing directly at me and sitting in my underwear and I still can't cool down.

I hear you man! Im on the other side of the state and it was 98 or so this afternoon. My blood is too thick for this, I can't properly explain myself in this climate.

Yeah, it's hot =( Broke the all time record by 2 degrees so far. (102 at Sea-Tac)

i'm just north of seattle in victoria and it's insanely hot here. my work is stupid hot due to the immense amount of heat and steam generated by our production process. i sweat out my bodyweight today. i have found that once you get hot enough (at work) you won't notice the high temperatures outside until you cool down after work which works out to be roughly when i get home so i am just as uncomfortable there.

fuck.

SERIOUSLY!I I fucking woke up today and it was 88 degrees in my fucking house... I've been inside all day cause its so hot to go outside... thankfully I have food and weed at home to keep me happy otherwise I would be sitting in a hot mess with shit-fuck to do and an empty hungry stomach.

If we had just been smart and formed the state of Cascadia this never would have happened. That or there is just a shit ton of smug in the atmosphere.

global warming.. blame japan, they burn a lot of coal.

- buy an aircon

- take off as many clothes as possible

- put a cold flannel on your head (that's small towel for you americans)

- have a cold bath

- put your feet or head in cold water if you don't want a bath

- don't wank

right on, I usually don't roll spliffs, especially in the hot weather... but for some reason I just wanted to throw a big fuck you to the hot sun today and smoked myself my first spliff in months... I almost passed out by the end, but now am fine...

then later my car almost ran out of gas (the tank meter is broken), but I made it to the station in time... I would have shot myself if I was stranded out in the sun right now.

Yeah, it's a Monday, I was too lazy to look. The girlfriend and I work the next day so I dunno how well it would work out, although I get a fuckton of vacation time. Again, let me know if you can't work something else out!

I bought some of those ice packs they give you in elementary school in the nurses office and keep one on my neck and under my turban.

Here's a tip for you guys in 40c tempts.. build underground. Why? you ask.. well,

- at 4 feet below the ground, temperature fluctuation is only 5 degrees and this is throughout the year

- noise cancellation is great and thus, playing music loud at silly times will not be an issue for your local neighbours. Mud is dense and this acts as a great insulator for sound waves.

- you can use light tubes if you want sunlight in your room(s)

fuck, let's swap weather on an hourly basis. turbo heat > rain + grey > turbo heat > drizzle + grey etc

Yeah, my last place was partially underground. Nice and cool in the summer. However, this is Seattle we're talking about, this isn't normal. It may be from now on though =\

Yeah, i've been shoveling piles of dirt these past few mornings. By the time i'm done at noon im so hot that merely walking around or sitting just feels refreshing.

Also, wearing soaking wet shirts/wet bandana draped over your back feels amazing.

I might trip up to seattle for a wisp show. I could bring cardan and zelah!?!?!

also, don't work jobs that involve intense heat for 8 hours at a time.
