As time goes on, Richard's (or any artist, really) back catalogue will increase in value - not for the songs, but for the physical product, the packaging.

Also, this is the US release, in the cardboard digipak case - it contains tracks from both the UK On and On Remixes EPs:

personally, I think they're asking too much for it - I'd say a reasonable price would be 20-30USD at the most, and that's if it's in excellent condition, and the white plastic spine hasn't yellowed.

Oh man, I picked that up last year for 10 bucks, and only when I played it did I realize it was some weird mish-mash of on and on remixes. I was just going to toss it.
