Guest we_kill_soapscum
ok so i hate how absynth has this middle man where i can't just midi learn a number (even with ableton 8's new configure feature). i am trying to simply twiddle the resonance and cutoff of a bandpass filter. i've assigned each to cc1 and cc2. i already know that: -its scalable, so you have to put the depth at 100 percent -its scalable....so you also have to put the number as high as you want it to go so that between 0 and 127 is the whole bandwidth whats available but even still it seems like its not working right. when i deselect resonance and cutoff as controlled thingies they start working again at the settings i want them at is there a way around this? can't a guy twiddle a fucking bandwidth filter? i have a really weird talking envelope working the filter, doe sthat have anything to do with it? does 'lag' have anthing to do with this not working? ryancolecreate
sounds like typical NI shittyness to me. They make fantastical instruments that fail at the most basic levels.
