anyone here fish?

i just bought a new rod and i'm excited in trying it out, it's a quantum rod and reel combination. sick

i've been fishing every week now, yet to catch anything but it's all good like they say

i have with uncles and cousins... it was a good chance to catch up with them at the time! i never caught anything though!

i used to fish a lot for northern pike. father taint and i went out and got ourselves a nice fishing boat and cottage. that was then, not anymore. i had a couple lunkers in my time.

i think i may take up fishing when im a bit older. seems like a relaxing activity.

i love fishing but i'm not sure where to go around here. a few beers, a nice summer's eve and a fishing rod are where it's at. i go with my uncle whenever i go home ad it's always a blast.

yes, especially off a boat in the ocean. like a treasure hunt every time.

i fish 2 or 3 times a year usually in the sea lochs on the west coast of scotland in a wee rib with outboard motor catching mostly mackerel 4 or 5 at a time... camp on the shore, get a big blaze going, cook up our catch and feast and drink into the night... absolute bliss!

I remember occasionally fishing when i was younger, it's more entertaining than it comes across to be.

round here leisure fishermen often have a stalk sitting next to them, and they give them the fish. much better/less pointless than releasing
