yeah, listening now. It seems pretty playful, as usual, but his style seems to be maturing a little bit. Its not really like fractured sunshine, which is my favorite of his, just because of the heavy melodic nature of that record. The songs feel great. Track 3 has some of those sampled chord melodies going on which I love.

holy crap i am excited, downloading now ! he is one of my favorite electronic musicians working today and deserves far more attention

is there anybody here who hate Vsnares but loves terminal 11? Because I've noticed that they both strike the same nerve with me, although lately I've liked terminal 11 better, but I will always have a love for venetian snares.

i've actually had the pleasure of meeting t11 at infinite complexity shows we used to gig at together. there were times when he was high... there were times when he was sober... there was a time where he punched his laptop on stage and his hand became a bloody mess and was taken to the hospital. we've shared unreleased tracks with one another via IM in the past, so i have a couple of his tracks that were unfinished that ended up being completed and released sometime after.

i don't have hate towards vsnares, but i can't keep up with all his releases. and the ones i did get i only ended up liking like 25% of what was on each album!

oh... and i'll dl terminal 11's new one when i get to cali! tomorrow!

This Modem stuff is really fucking nice too!
