Richard's health

I believe Richard has a disorder that I suppose isn't serious to his health. The recent visualizations in his sets/gigs prove this.

And I'm not talking about mental illness(though he could that I'm not aware of) or something stupid someone is likely to post.

It could partly be why he had or has a sort of insecurity or shyness that I never see discussed, most likely because we are similar.

So I was wondering if any of you persons know anything about his health?

He's gotten wasted a lot in his life, which leaves its mark. He's also probably losing his hearing by now.

how do you know he has gotten wasted a lot in his life? is this a suspicion or fact? how has it left its mark on Richard specifically?

and how do you know he is losing his hearing by now? he probably wears earplugs when around extremely loud speakers, but I'm assuming this.
