I'm watching them all in reverse order, not on purpose, but Return of the Kings is available on netflix through the computer, then i watched the Two Towers, now Fellowship.

45 min into it and its kind of boring but I think it will deliver the goods (epic war) eventually.

Who will be the elf and the dwarf and only a very special person can become the ranger! who, who???

The Bourne Trilogy has been the best trilogy so far. LOTR trilogy was ok but the movies are so fucking long that I never see myself watching them again.

i watched one of the Bourne movies. it was ok, but really who wants to watch that much Matt Damon.

I just think Elijah Woods is a little irritating. Otherwise LOTR is perfect. I never saw Diehard but I cant imagine it could be better. Star Wars has been irreversably tainted by bad prequels and tacky marketing tactics. and those other trilogies mentioned are just too arty for me and I dont know what they are, although Gus Van Sant is kinda hit-or-miss for me.

i always wondered if George Lucas felt any pain over how much better the LOTR trilogy was than his new star wars trilogy, i think he may have.
