if and when or whenever boc release a boxset

1. Chinook (most definately it one of the cds is a greatest hits collection)

2. The 11 minute track from the Warp 10 show (the one with the vocoder voice saying 'one of this one of this one) it's gotta be the only one 11 minute song floating around.

3. Red Moss

4. Whitewater

5. I Love My New Shears (this song is so much fun to hear)

6. Boqurant (yes, i love this one. it's sad, short and simple, but it's in the list)

7. Buckie High

I would love to have at most the first top 5 of those songs on a beautifully designed package especially know as the boxset hexagon sun stated would eventually be released.

If there's been a thread similar to this started 'mod's', sorry.

i've only got old tunes vol. 1 (afot), but i would like to hear 5.9.78, spectrum, and rodox video

i've not bothered to download any of the unreleased material, so i'd be happy with anything

I would love to hear a remastered Alpha Rainbow on a bocset.

even if they released both the old tunes in full quality - i'd be happy.

But I would like to hear some of the older older unheard material IE hooper bay, play by numbers etc etc.

I don't them remastered. The warbled multi-generation-copied-tape sound we have now of their unreleased material makes it even better.

I don't think you'd say that if you heard how good some of these tracks could sound in crisp clarity, unless of course, you're being sarcastic...

Just listen to the fifth-generation cassette taped version / vinyl rip of "Everything you do is a Balloon". It's more BOC than the one on Hi Scores.

That's the nature of BOC.

It's the same reason that Bob Dylan's Genuine Basement Tapes bootleg is better than the official release

See, I'm the exact opposite - the first time I heard ETYDIAB, it was a poor Mp3, and once I got Hi Scores, being able to hear the little synth melody in the beginning clearly, made it all that much more special.

actually i'd love to hear everything they've put a cover and title on except some of the shit that's in the old tunes like... the stuff recorded from television shows like that one that sounds like it's from a game show.

That's because it IS recorded/sampled from a game show...

It goes without saying that they could make a very handsome boxed set of older material. I'd like for it to contain everything, in the original order, with only minimal remastering.
