Fluxion - Constant Limber

awesome new dub techno album! Unlike most dub techno, this is actually funky and dancy, but still a headtrip. Really good techno.

"t's hard to overestimate the importance of this Basic Channel / Chain Reaction recording artist and so it comes as little surprise that his debut release on Resopal is as sublime as it is. What you will receive for your investment is an eighteen minute outstanding soundscape in the dephts of dub. The a side 'Breath Mode' is of course a dubby affair with Fluxion himself breathing through a vintage analogue vocoder keyboard, a fog-of tones and keys wrapped up in velvet space echoes and cushioned pads filled with nothing but warmth and space. “Fickle” kicks things off in-ernest : ludicrously deep grooves and dubby synth stabs - so far so Fluxion - 4/4 beat, always subtle and vibrating. Deep listening required."

I am glad Fluxion is back on track. His previous album came out in 2001, it is about time! I will definitely listen to this album, thanks for informing me.
