I kinda love this genere of film, i loved black belt jones a hell of a lot,everything from the music to his job as a trampoline trainer with big titted girls, though iwasnt so crazy about shaft. so i decided to get some random blaxploitation films Dolemite and Black samurai which ill put on later on but untill then; what films do you think is worth tracking down?

I actually own this, a pawn shop 50 cents can't pass up kind of deal. Quite possibly the worst movie in my collection. What they did was take some '70's (i think) era kung-fu movie, then edit in the Dolomite character (who in his probably 10 minutes screen time total, just mumbles unintelligibly and walks around) once every 20 minutes, in a different location. Such a weird movie. The plot is non-existant, the dubbing HORRIBLE (even the non-asians are dubbed too), and it's just pretty boring. The only saving grace is there is some KILLER topless kung-fu action that is pretty lulzy.

EDIT: as far as recommending it goes, well, I wouldn't go too far out of my way to see it, but it's good to watch once for novelty's sake.

I wanna see that. I hope it gets a full theatrical release.

im not a huge fan of he genre but i think Jackie Brown does a great job of doing a modern twist on it and it's Tarantino's best and least egomaniac film.

you cant go wrong with any of the Dolemite films....seriously, ive never LOLed so consistently at camp since the 1960's Batman movie.
