Sounds good, a bit like The Focus Group, but less disjointed....interesting.

exactly what i thought. quantized focus group :cisfor:

[namedrop]jim 'belbury poly' jupp tells me a release by a 'belbury poly/focus group supergroup' and possibly ghost box vinyl :wang: before the end of the year[/namedrop]

Holy shit, Ghost Box vinyl would bankrupt me in 3 microseconds. Belbury Focus sounds righteous too.

it won't be the whole catalogue on vinyl... just a 12" or EP special release

WHOOOOOAAH!!!! I've just had my dispatch email. Two GB releases (sort of) in one week, it's almost too much.

Definitely need to get this, and the first Advisory Circle ep on Vinyl, right? I love that one. I kind of wish they released more, but it's also cool that they don't- makes each one a little more special.

Bah! Despatched on Thursday evening... still not here. Thing the postal strikes are playing havoc. Oh well, fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Only just got mine today, so take heart. This is gonna be such a good listen, I just know it. Just the chores of house-cleaning and finding the few listenable cover versions of Warp 20 to get out of the way first.

I hate to quote myself like I matter around here, but I was right. Only one listen tonight, but it's one of the best GB releases in a little while for me, and that's saying something. Maybe the closest to Quatermass-level creepiness since Ouroborindra. Love it.

Still haven't gotten around to ordering this, the samples sounded great though.

I wish they had a US distributor...
