hooker tv/film reviews

So last night I invited a "lady of the night" over and when she arrived I happened to be watching the Sopranos, the episode where Tony and Carmela argue and split up. Carmela accuses Tony of continuously cheating on her with hookers, and all the while this girl is watching intently. Finally she turns to me and says with complete sincerity "I never thought about that before. Most of my customers are married. Does that make me a bad person?"

That ranks up with another time when my ex-hookerfriend came home while I was watching Blue Velvet. She watched enough of it that it got to the scene where Dennis Hopper is fisting Isabella Rosellini (or whatever it is he does). I start getting a bit nervous watching it with her, thinking maybe it'll dredge something up. The scene ends and she looks at me and says matter-of-factly, with a touch of motherly concern: "That's why you Americans are so messed up. You really shouldn't watch too many films like this, it's not healthy." This from the girl who once told me there was a customer at her old place who would ask girls to shit in a plastic bag so he could eat it, lol.

So I'm thinking, someone should do a Siskel and Ebert type show, where all the reviewers are gansters, hookers, pimps, and drug addicts. I bet it'd be hilarious and surreal, just seeing the weird ways "art" and real life experience collide.

But yeah, you should invite 10-15 prostitutes over and have them watch movies. You should start out with The Lion King and end with Irréversible or something.

i knew a girl in highschool then ended being a stripper to "pay for collage" and then she realized she made so much money as a stripper that she didn't NEED a collage degree. well, long story short she started taking guys from from the club to do, as she called "over time". any way, she came over to my place one night unvited because her "regular" was out of town and she was "bored". several of us were watvhing Ichi The Killer. There is a scene where main character cuts off the tip of his tongue and she was like "OMG! Why would some one do that to themselves??".... we just looked at her blankly.

See, and no offense to you TSM, but for real, this is what's wrong with society.

Why would someone do that to themselves? Violence is fucked up.

Consensual sex on the other hand is a beautiful thing, and just because someone sells it, they get put upon.
