I cant decide. i'm leaning towards funny. Does that make me a cunt?

yep. unfortunate, but laughable

Anything involving the humiliation of strangers is funny or in certain situations arousing.

Most toilets have a dispenser for these now

but if they don't I toilet paper the shit out of it.
