What does it mean if I don't have diarrhea but my farts smell like diarrhea?

Does it mean I will be having diarrhea pretty soon, like a forewarning?

Does it mean I have some kind of gastrointestinal disease?

It even feels like diarrhea is spewing out of my ass when I fart, as if actual chunky fecal liquid is pouring out by the gallons, but no, it's just gas.

I feel miserable.

I can see Slowpoke letting out slow, loud, farts that reek of diarrhea.

But Slowpoke would fart at most one molecule per day, if not per two days... not enough molecular density to form an actual cloud. Each fart molecule would have already returned to the rains, the forests, the oceans, or the mountains before the next fart molecule exits.

tl;dr -- Slowpoke would have the most odorless farts of any creature.
