he made a song for the new twilight movie, did you know that?

weird, so the old version of reckoner is finally getting released. that song always sucked pretty hard, hopefully it doesn't still sound like radiohead doing nu metal.

This 12" is rumoured to be include the Twightlight OST song, though nothing has been confirmed.

eh... no matter what you think of Phil's drumming, I don't see how you can think The Eraser is better than even Pablo Honey.

Harrowdown Hill is pretty cool though.

i haven't always not enjoyed phil drumming, its just the last album and the new leaks.

comparing eraser and pablo is silly. but comparing eraser and the last album i think i prefer eraser.

same here. phil has always been just a competent, very rigid drummer. what i haven't liked is how tinny his drums sound lately. a big part of it is how he's recorded, but then i haven't liked the production on a radiohead album since amnesiac.

i quite like phils more recent drumming. i feel like i actually hear him more. love the intro to twisted words. love the arpeggi and reckoner drumming too. myxamatosis ftw though.

im guessing this ep will be very raw. i dont think this will be a contnuation of the eraser stylings. im guessing this will be thom and a guitar mainly.

His drumming on Pyramid Song totally does it for me. Best use of Phil drumming ever.

phil selway is an amazing drummer though. come on, like candiru said, pyramid song. listen to anything on OK Computer, the guys a living metronome.

you're right about the production, the drum sound on that new track is wank.
