Pros:

  •
  • MS-DOS is cool.
  • I will have people to come home to.
  • Echo Park is around some better venues.
  • Echo Park is not TOTALLY gentrified, meaning I would still be able to get awesome tacos.
  • Drugs.
  • The place has an awesome view of Downtown.
  • Would be saving $80
  • I'd still have my own room

Cons:

  •
  • I hate moving.
  • Would be a little bit longer of a commute to school.
  • Drugs.
  • I really would miss my old neighborhood of Koreatown.
  • I wouldn't have my own apartment.
  • There's a steep fucking hill to his place that I am not looking forward to walking up and down every day.

okay, the cons are fairly easy to counter.

  • everyone hates moving for that day or two. lucky for you we have an SUV and some hard bodies.
  • the commute is a little longer. you'll probably want to take the 2 to school because there's a bus stop right below our apartment. and the 2 is really slow, yes, but it has fewer homeless people shitting themselves and it goes all the way from our place to the UCLA turn-around. if you don't get car sick, you can get a lot of reading done. it always has free seats, too, unlike the 720.
  • you're still only a few minutes from koreatown, and you're right on the border of chinatown. (i actually prefer chinatown.)
  • that steep hill maintains hard bodies.

don't forget that sweet ass wheelchair you fell in love with.

thanks for vouching for me homies!
