her show Strangers with Candy was fantastic as well if you haven't seen (available on hulu i think)

i've always enjoyed her over david. he was just too "look at this fucking hipster" for me. she's cuter.

Strangers With Candy is one of my favourite television shows ever. Some of the blackest black comedy a TV-14 rating will allow for and some it probably doesn't.

Amy Sedaris is always fun on Letterman. I've read somewhere apparently one of the reasons that she appears on The Late Show so much is because Dave says she's one of the few people that can actually make him laugh. She is so kooky

anyone here remember Exit 57? there were some great sketches with her on that show. They had a special night on stephen colbert a while back where they had Amy Sedaris and paul dano from exit 57 doing some acrobatic musical performance

i had seen clips before but i've never seen a full episode

i love colbert as well but i wish he'd lose the studio audience, drop the guitar rock intro, and make it a more straight-faced parody. (edit: colbert report)

if not here i'll help explain

1. father asks if daughters boyfriend is 'getting any'

2. boy acts shocked

3. father inquires about his approach to trying to get sex

4. boy visually and physically illustrates to father his 'approach'

5. each time sketch loops the technique illustrated becomes more sexual in nature

that was a "heh" on the laughter scale. the colbert clip i mean. amy sedaris was a bit much. but i don't like david sedaris either.
