Monopoly City Streets

Been reading about this today, sounds pretty good if a little bit potentially frustrating. Basically a global game of Monopoly on Google Maps by the sounds of it. Buy an estate, build a skyscraper or castle there, collect rent, dominate opposition. I love Monopoly so I wonder if this will work.
