Fan Made MusicVideo - Dawn Chorus

First time post on the forums! My friend from college decided to make a music video for 1969 and I thought it highlighted BOC's style/vibe pretty well. If you guys could give some comments it would be great! Hope you enjoy! (Hope I embed this correctly, if not i will just link)

Erm, your friend's video is called Dawn Chorus, not 1969.

I really liked the technical aspects of this, great looking and well done. The camera work I liked too (although, with cameras and lenses like that, most shots turn out great looking, I guess) I didn't really like some of the themes going on, like the skater person, he (or the way he was shown) seemed a bit unfitting for me, but that's mostly down to my personal interpretation of the track. I also felt the camera work (image composition and so on) wasn't just as good when the skating was shown as it was in other places. Still this is very cool and way better than most the other fan-vids, especially since he actually filmed it himself. I'm not really a fan of all them videos just remixing some old footage recorded by other people when it comes to BoC, it's just too obvious to do that for their tracks.

dawn chorus is in my top tier of boc tracks (if not the top one). it just bleeds emotion... i feel tired after listening. thaaaaaaaaaaanks.
