the flu sucks

i can finally get up the energy to type...i have so much work to do and its frustrating not to be able to do it. i was at work yesterday, had diarrhea one or twice, figured, "ahh thats the end of it then", but it kept coming.....and coming....and coming...

I think in the 7.5 hours i spent at work, at least half of them were spent on the toilet....then i started getting those horrible muscle aches.

last night was fucking rough...luckily a good friend of mine dropped off some Gatorade, so i did my best driking that and now I feel a little better, but its hard to stand up for an extended period of time.....i would love a shower but im afraid to stand up that long.
