since last friday, i've been completely abstaining from alcohol, drugs, and sex for an entire week ! i've also been drinking only water and tea, and have tried to stop cussing as much as possible.

i'm ready for a fucking drink !

i quit drinking for a year once and then i had trouble drinking the same after that, it just always made me feel ill more than drunk, to this day.

since i've been broke a lot i went from maybe 10 cigs a day to 1 cig every other day and now i'm starting to get ill when i smoke!

the only one that's paid off is weed, the longer i go without it the more fresh and new it seems

i was productive during the sober and celibate week. i shaved my hair into a mohawk and readied the next Earstroke release.

though i think being sober for a while has made me realize the long term effects of alcoholism, my stomach is always actin funny

You don't actually realise untill you stop, this is the thing with alcoholic side affects, you don't realise you're having any while you're still drinking, coz everything is numb.

I'm actually doing the same, going for a month starting last Saturday. I give it three more hours.

30 minutes until 12am friday, when my week of sobriety is up. there is a 12 pack in the fridge. i am definitely addicted, but glad i was able to make it a week.
