RIP DJ Roc Raida

A car wreck? I thought he got a spinal injury from MMA fighting and died after two surgeries.

As the 2009 Summer of Death continues on, GM Roc Raida - legendary turntablist, member of The X-Ecutioners, DMC Hall Of Fame member & Busta Rhymes’ tour DJ - passed away earlier today, after suffering injuries in a car accident recently. At this point, the best thing that one can say is if you enjoy listening to & watching a DJ, this is one of the true DJ’s that you should thank.

Everywhere I've seen it was a martial arts injury.

By the way, what's with all the DJ deaths recently? (Roc Raida, DJ AM, Disco D)

I dont know much about him but I do remember seeing him in that Scratch documentary.
