official moping thread

so i'm feeling around a 3/10, 10 being perfectly content and happy and 0 being "just killed myself"

 

all kinds of weird shit. girl problems. drama

 

the usual bs. anxiety - freaking out - paranoia - possibly addicted to ativan

 

that said life has been going well otherwise - the music is good the times are unusual just - not all together today

Go surfing with some friends. It's one of the best feelings in the world. If you don't have access to surfing, go for a long run with tunes. Runner's Highs are amazing.

A good tip is: DON'T STAY IN YOUR ROOM. Pay attention to your ups and downs, I'm quite certain all your downs happen when you are alone at your apartment. Regularily going to work/other activities will keep your feeling better.

 

At least that helps me, but I also feel down a lot so I'm probably not the guy to give advice.

i'm pretty mopey too mind, just waved goodbye to the missus who i'm not seeing again until december. plus i'm gonna be living in a house full of preppies who dont like idmz until i see her again too. also i'm in uber money trouble shit.

Get a good job, get a hobby, exercise, see a movie, ride a bike, listen to music, play a video game, read a book, take a road trip, talk to some friends, join a club, make new friends. Stay busy, feel important. If it weren't for the bad times you wouldn't appreciate the good times, yadadadadaaaddaa.... worse comes to worse put on "don't worry be happy"
