I just got a new hard-drive and I've added the ones I could remember, but what bookmarks does WATMM recommend I add, and which programs I should install?

I let Delicious and its FF addon handle my bookmarking. Ever given that a look? You don't have to worry about backing them up or sorting them into folders, can see what your pals are bookmarking, browse other users. It's pretty good for research too.

instead of bookmarks i use del.icio.us which is web based (download the addon for firefox) so i can access my bookmarks from any computer

other than that, you should probably make your own bookmarks. unless you like those fancy ones with a ribbon or a tassel or something.
