What is the name of this track?

So I tried to download (Elemental) from the Warp20 box set, which turned out to be a bad idea. The connection was corrupted or something, and after a few minutes I just gave up. Now, amongst the glitchy, fragmented data I managed to get, I salvaged about two minutes of music, which includes the eight second sample below.

From those eight seconds, I can tell that I would very much like to hear this track in full. Problem is, I have no idea what it's called, or who made it. On Discogs I found a comprehensive list of every track used on (Elemental), so I went to Bleep.com and listened to the samples of every track listed, none of which sound anything like the sample below. This really pisses me off, because I don't like having to ask questions on the internet.

So, does anyone here know the name of this track? Many, many thanks in advance.
