there are definitely still some very nice old fashioned organs/synths out there that go for a really low price. some even have arpeggiators :)

I've passed on a couple of Yamaha Electones because it's not practical.

There was one with a little mini-key monosynth on top. One had an arpeggiator and I think one had a ribbon controller.

They looked fun but I couldn't rationalize getting something that big.

If I had unlimited space then maybe..

I had one of these some year back. Huge and heavy as fuck, but it had arpeggiator and even a "magic chord" function.

These organs are LOUD as fuck. You get tinnitus from anything except the lowest level. It was kinda funny to play with for a while, especially with the rythm box thing, but they're not really varied or cool sounding enough to pay for, and it's difficult getting good audio out of it unless you're an engineer.

I've known this for a while, and have always just wished I had the room/a car to do so.

That's a thing about a majority of organs, are they're so fucking huge no one wants them/can take them.

it took my mom a couple years to manage to GIVE AWAY her organ. YEARS... and it sucked because I really liked that organ but I had no grounds to make her keep it.
