No, no, no, no, he wasn't kidding. He actually thought it was a horse. He hadn't even looked at the picture he was on auto-pilot. Thats the way these people are. They're trained to be that way. I think somewhere along the line, during the training process, they lose part of their humanity and become these odious weird fucks. To be a horrible salesperson means you regained some of your humanity.
