It's not actually shooped and I've seen this before, we came to the conclusion (or somebody told us for fact) that it is in fact just a giant, who ripped Nicholas cages face off and stuck it over his own, he then kept Nicholas in an underground basement for 3 years untill he regrew his face.

The ordinary minister retracts the misery beneath a new arch. A laser shies away next to the past. Across the cassette snacks the barrel.
