Fantasy sandwich

Been making a lot of sandwiches and I'm trying out a lot of different things with a bunch of ingredients. What are some of your favorite home made creations? Any sandwich worth eating should have a silly name or obscure reference too.

I'll kick things off:

The Kurt Russell

On a hoagie

Grilled roast beef

Bacon

Pepper jack cheese

Lettuce

Tomato

Mayo

Mustard

The Giovanni Ribisi

On fresh Italian bread

Fresh mozzarella

I have to admit this does not sound entirely appetizing to me based on personal taste, but I like the creativity and inventiveness. Keep it up!

Put half meat half cheese on each piece of bread. Put in toaster oven.

With olive salad on the side.

I did for lunch yesterday funnily enough! It's a solid sandwich, nice variation on the standard Italian combo.
