apparently it's just a midi controller. so you have to have a computer or synth module alongside, it doesn't produce any sounds of it's own.

It does look like a really nice breath controller. There are some cool physically modelled synths that sound really good when played by a breath controller. But yeah those examples sound awful, they don't sound at all improvised.

I personally probably wouldn't have demonstrated the instruments by doing a super cheesy cover of an already cheesy Moby song. It sounds like one of those cheap £3 CDs you got in the mid-90s called 'Synthesiser Dreams' or something, full of FM-Synth sounding covers of electronic tracks of the past (and always at least one version of the theme from Bladerunner)
