Track Identification?

So I've got that track off slsk ages ago labeled as Richard Devine - Fuck the DJs. Upon further search I never found a track titled like that attributed to Mr. Devine and it doesn't really sound like his style either. To me it sounds more like something Knifehandchop would come up with but it doesnt seem to be him either. Any ideas? Thanks WATMM.

By the title I thought it was going to be Bogdan but I have no idea. I hear a snippet of Flow Coma and other shit I think but the track is pretty shit.

lol yeah it's preety obvious it's not Richard Devine and it's a pretty meh tune but still it's been bugging me for years so I thought someone might now.

I haven't found the backbone yet. Good sound design NO DOUBT, but not really something to masturbate to imo.
