keep track of a website without rss

If I want to keep track of rephlex.com for example with my rss reader how can this be done? google reader does not allow to add pages without rss feed does it?

I want to see new releases on my iphone rss reader without surfing to the page all the time

I thought this thread was aimed at Google Chrome for not featuring RSS feeds.
