I really don't fucking get why people think apple is so lush anymore... everything Ive ever tried by them seems overly simplistic to the point of inconvenience, their software seems to be like a jealous/confining/sleek/shallow/relentless girlfriend and their hardware seems to be no less understanding of freedom....

I don't fucking get it and I dont think I ever will... maybe I will never be enough of a "hip, slick, different" zombie to partake in the apple religion... iz too bad, I so sad..

This. If they were going to make the mouse mulitouch (which I think is a brilliant idea), why not make the button as well? That way, you could have a "left" and a "right" button, just by tapping with your index or middle finger on either side of the mouse.

I am impressed that they are getting more powerful for less cash. the Mac Mini is now something I can recommend to people wanting to get a Mac and not break the bank, but still get a powerful computer.

That mouse is insane.

what a coincidence, my copy of logic studio just arrived today. it was £103 with the student discount, which is £247 cheaper than it would've been without! you can also install it on two computers, so i'm going halves and will actually have paid only £51.50

Still around that price? Get the fuck in. I only got Snow Leopard last week, definitely worth £25 considering I was on Tiger.

I've not owned Logic before and just dealt with it at uni, but kinda need it a bit more with commuting there. Boom.

they have. this has been implemented since the last mouse they had. it looked like one button but it was two depending on where you placed your fingers.

seriously I really would like someone to explain why the fuck apple products are worth the seemingly excessive price besides for the name. It seems I its reasonable to equate buying a 2 grand mac to buying a bitch buying a versace mark jacobs handbag or some trendy overpriced shit.

Whilst I don't share your dislike of Apple products (I have both a Mac and PC), I do agree that Apple are overpricing their products.

My brother and I were discussing the very matter the other day, particularly in regards to the price of the i-phone. Apple do seem to trade on the seeming exclusivity of their products, and how you're buying into a luxury brand.

They should be charging less.
