Just ordered two (with tax and shipping) for under the price of what I'd pay for one at retail - who gives a fuck if it's red.

seems like its already down. But besides that the price for the black one seems incredibly low too. In germany it costs about 75$.

I just checked... yeah, it's expired - glad I ordered 2! In the States, the DualShock 3 prices range from 39.99USD to 54.99USD. I've never seen them this cheap before.

edit: lol 1 Dual Shock 3 + Batman Arkhams Asylum + shipping costs about as much as the game alone in germany.

You might want to try Amazon's US store (if you can manage to get them to ship it to Germany) - they typically sell DualShock 3s for 42.99...

yes, I've bought DVDs from there some time ago, but it looks like you cant ship games that are only for 18+ here from the us to the eu..

I've read recently that in Germany they had a "bad game dumping" where they invited everyone with a "bad" game to go dump it into a dumpster, and they filmed the dumpster and it barely had anything in it...

It was organized by a group of relatives to the victims of last the school shooting in the german town "winnenden". They wanted everyone to trash their kids "Killerspiele" (thats how they call ego shooter in germany...), as a reward everyone who participated got a lottery ticket with a chance to win a signed football shirt of the german soccer team.

I dont mean to disrespect these people, but the public discussion is still hopelessly biased and that "bad game dumping" is just a sad highlight of this immense stupidity.

I *HATE* when controllers get abused - my son destroyed our old SIXAXIS controller on Battlefield: Bad Company, holding in L3 to run. Now the stick sorta lolls to the side...

UPDATE: I got a bit worried when I didn't get a shipping confirmation the same day I ordered it (considering the site says "ships today"), but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and decided to wait until Monday to check my order, and Monday morning I got an email saying my order was cancelled due to a "mistake" and the "product offered was not available". Thankfully, I wasn't charged.
