So is Ouija just bullshit, any experiences?

Recommended Posts

I've been possessed by the spirit of a 15th century rapist since I used a ouija a few years back. Get me out of this shell :(

Seemed to work for me and my two friends when I was 15, but who's to say one of them wasn't moving it?

I remember that time went really fast while using it. Two hours felt like 20 minutes.

An interesting concept with Ouija is that if its true, and you can experience evil forces, perhaps this also proves that there is a benign power, perhaps not necessarily the christian deity, but who knows.

Check out www.graveaddiction.com for some interesting ouija stories.

Yeah, I've done it twice and you can never really trust that someone else isn't moving it. Especially since the circumstances surrounding it usually involve alcohol and/or drugs. People play it for fun so if nothing's happening, someone's bound to try injecting some 'fun' into it.

I personally don't believe that shit but would be willing to try it again if I knew for certain no one was going to cheat.

i seriously did ouija once, i had my hand on the arrow thing so i know it's all fucking true

we summoned some guy, he was a shoemaker in his lifetime

he asked how the weather was in our time

"pretty shitty" we said

he answered "pretty shitty like your moms faggot ass pussy after i fucked a bucket of shit and then fucked your moms stupid retardcunt?"

there were lots of awkward silences

also, he told us he had a hairlip, so we kinda tried to ignore him after that, pretending he wasn't there, waiting until he got the clue and fucked off

Had a homemade version, drawn on plywood then waxed. Played in my summer home built by my great great grandfather: Hector. We asked silly questions and during the first reply, when it hit the last letter, two doors slammed shut in the house. When we asked who was answering, it said Hector.

It's not true btw but it's pretty fun

Ive never done it, but perhaps someone here can enlighten me.

it's as real as you want it to be dude.

I agree with you but for me it will never be real i guess, since i know i dont want to try that shit. Just doesnt seem worth the trouble. Got enough to worry about to add spooks to the list.

Its all intriguing though.

My take on them is that the actions, when someone isn't intentionally spelling out 'anus', are quasi-subconscious responses to whatever it is you ask.

I've seen a similar concept to Ouija that you can do by yourself. You take a weighted stone on a 8-10 inch string and pinch the end of the string with your index and second finger. If you hold it still and think real hard about the direction you want it to swing, it swings that direction and even changes direction in response to your thoughts. I think I once heard it has to do with minute vibrations in your finger tips or some hogwash like that, but it worked for me and provided a lot of amusement as people argued if I moved my arm or not. Most people couldn't reproduce the same results without noticeably moving their arm/hand, unless they were aware of the 'secret'. I suspect Ouija works on the same premise.

The wife and I wouldn't dare. We already have some sort of poltergeist that has thrown pots and played music boxes, and Jackson Pollack's weird great-grandson said his name was Enan.
