is there an application

where i just press a button and it automatically saves a jpg of my screen to a folder, like it does on a mac, so i don't have to keep saving the file from ms paint or somewhere.

how do you achieve to do this on a mac ? I'll need to do this quite soon.

cant find the cmd key on my laptop..

it's one with an apple or a kind of irish-like square

just at the left of the space key. (Im' talking about macs besides)

it has a window logo

also "cmd+shift+4" lets you select the area you want to grab, as opposed to a full screen shot. Very handy for things like this...
