Fingerbib remix/ripoff in Flip Video advert

I don't know if this has been posted before, but while watching a college humor video (in before 'college humor sux') an ad started playing for something called Flip Video, and the music was incredibly similar to Fingerbib, the same exact drum beat, and the same sort of chord progression.

Is this a remix of Fingerbib someone had made before, or did they just rip off the track for the ad?

it is jazzband, but i won't be a dick about it. it is kinda weird though

July? Jesus Christ. I wouldn't have thought it would be such an old ad. My bad, guys. I would have thought Google would have come up with something, especially if that thread is so old and had a chance to be archived by Google.. Searching fingerbib, flip video, aphex twin, got nothing.
